After completing your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Immediately after receipt of payment ALL vouchers from the preview will be sent to your email address in PDF format. To give a gift, choose a voucher and write the corresponding order number in the field (order number/voucher code) at the bottom left. The validity of the voucher is determined exclusively by the associated order number To redeem the voucher, scan the QR code on the voucher. Via the link | redeem voucher | You will then be taken directly to our booking portal. There you can redeem the voucher code during the booking process. Even if it would be nice - you are not allowed to take your beloved four-legged friend inside the tent.
